To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry.

 ABR - The Accredited Buyer Representative designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria in the field of buyer representation.

 GRI - Graduate, Realtor Institute is a professional designation for those who have graduated from the Realtor Institute, also associated with the National Association of Realtors. REALTORS with this designation have completed a comprehensive education program in residential real estate.

 e-PRO - The e-PRO Certification course is a revolutionary new training program, presented entirely online, to certify real estate agents, assistants, and brokers as Internet Professionals. The e-PRO Certification course is specifically designed to keep REALTORS® on top of changes and help you thrive in the exciting and rewarding world of online real estate.

 CDPE - A Certified Distressed Property Expert® is a real estate professional with specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry, and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. Through comprehensive training and experience, CDPEs are able to provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today’s market, specifically short sales.

As a 12 year veteran and full time agent, I keep myself up to date with current Lake of the Ozarks real estate trends and legal issues that effect the real estate industry through continued education and daily experience in the field.

 As a United States Army Veteran and a college graduate from Missouri Valley College with a B.S. in Business, I have been able to apply that knowledge with my own life experiences and people skills to provide my clients an educated, yet common sense approach to protecting their wealth.

 Kem joined The Stanfield Group in 2003 and handles all Active Listings and Sales Contracts. In addition, Kem also maintains all of The Stanfield Group’s websites and administrative duties. Kem has 25 years experience in customer service and office administration, working for several large companies across the United States. Kem has a son currently serving in the Air Force and a daughter in Camdenton High School.
