Below is the report comparing residential lakefront, residential offshore, and condominium sales by price brackets. This report compares all sales in all area's of each category. Using this report it's much easier to pinpoint where the changes occurred in our market from 2012 to 2013. Most of the increases were in the lakefront $500,000 - $1 million category which almost doubled in units sold, and off water homes $250,000 - $350,000 and $350,000 + price brackets. The size of the house hasn't changed much but there is a slight increase in most of the list price/sale price percentages, which may be due to more accurate pricing.
